Absolutely!!! The E-Personal ads are free to join as a Webmaster and pays commissions on memberships sold (memberships are only necessary to respond to personal ads). The "Pay to Surf" programs are totally free to join- pay an average of $.50 an hour for direct viewing and 5-10 cents on referrals through an average of five levels.

The checks start out small (30-50 dollars, doesn't sound like much, but apply the power of one and
